Francis Duguay is a civil engineering technician with the Department of Transport and Infrastructure. A long-time resident of Tracadie-Sheila, Francis attended Polyvalente W.-A. Losier and completed his post-secondary education at Oulton College.
With more than 30 years of experience working with government, Francis understands both how to navigate the complex bureaucracies and service boundaries that New Brunswickers seek in their government.
“I think we have long been, and we are still marginalized and neglected in our riding, and I want to create a different approach to voters. As the MLA for Tracadie-Sheila, I will work hard to keep youth in the New Brunswick, and for them to stay and work here, we have to give them decent wages, a strong social safety net and more affordable tuition fees.”
